Our expectations:

2+ years in startups or professional services firms
Strong mathematical background
Knowledge of ML algorithms and metrics
Experience of putting ML models into production and evaluating their business impact
Classification, regression, clustering and NLP skills
Ability to conduct customer demos and translate business requirements into technical specifications
Experience with big data and large language models
Language skills: English proficiency at B2-C1 level and Russian at B2 level.

Python, SQL, PostgreSQL, Spark (basic knowledge)
Pandas, FastAPI, Sklearn, PyTorch, Transformers
Git, Docker, OpenAI API
Hyperparameter optimisation and production model monitoring
Familiarity with Databricks and code reviews
Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, DataBricks, Airflow, Microsoft Azure, Azure AutoML
